What you may provide
Account information entered during registration and sign-in; details for print or product enquiries; project descriptions, custom text and optional photographs, STL or CAD uploads.
LIVE name requests may contain the submitted nickname and chosen name. Avoid including sensitive personal information in publicly displayed requests.
Why it is used
To authenticate accounts, manage saved projects, inspect submitted geometry, prepare enquiries and display moderated name requests when approved.
The site uses technical preferences such as theme, cart and simulator settings to remember your choices.
Access and sharing
Private admin and order workflows are access-controlled. Some approved LIVE names and nicknames may be visible on virtual showcase screens.
Uploaded designs and customer information should not be posted to a livestream or made public without permission.
Your choices
Only submit files and personal information you have permission to share. You can close optional simulator features or stop participating in LIVE name requests.
To exercise data rights or raise a data concern, contact the operator through your existing authenticated request or order channel. A dedicated verified privacy contact address should be published by the operator.
