Personalised products are reviewed before production. This page shows the current enquiry workflow and what must be confirmed with each customer.
Step 1 · Describe or customise
Choose size, colour, finish and quantity in the shop, or upload a model in the printing workspace.
Preview images and virtual materials are illustrative. An STL review does not guarantee printability.
Step 2 · Receive a confirmed proposal
The workshop reviews feasibility and confirms a final production quote, shipping cost, delivery destination and estimated completion window.
A guide price or simulator result is not an instant paid checkout or guaranteed dispatch date.
Step 3 · Production and dispatch
Production, quality checks, packaging and shipment arrangements are agreed by the actual operator for each accepted order.
There is no public claim of next-day dispatch, worldwide shipping, courier tracking, or delivery guarantees unless separately confirmed.
Returns and problems
If your accepted product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer remedies, your statutory rights apply.
Made-to-order personalisations can be subject to different cancellation rules, but statutory rights for faulty goods remain. Request the confirmed policy with your quote before ordering.
